Eggs / 1 dozenC$5.00During summer months our hens are raised on grass in a mobile coop (chicken tractor). Chicken tractor is pulled onto fresh grass paddock daily.
During winter months we keep them in a greenhouse. There they get protection from the wind and snow, while the greenhouse effect keeps them warm. They are fed oats, peas and barley ration, alfalfa hay and silage. All of this results in Happy & Healthy Hens providing us eggs that we are proud to put on your table all year round. |
